正直、あまり期待しないで行った店だったが、
サービスがよく、ホスピタリティーが高めで、
思った以上に素晴らしい店だと思った
開店前から行列が出来ていたし、
当日は満席だったようで、予約なしの客は断られていた
「東京チャイニーズ 一凛」は、
いま勢いのある店なんだなーと感じた
料理自体は、変わり種などなく、
中華の定番ばかりだったが、洗練された美味しさだった
食べ進むごとに、どんどん印象が良くなり楽しくなった
よだれ鶏のタレの三段活用のアイデアが特に気に入った
こうゆうやり方は、よそでも経験したが、
「東京チャイニーズ 一凛」の方が一枚上手
コスパも高めだし、人気の理由がよく分かる
